Il nuovo raddrizzatrama combina in modo sinergico
e complementare i punti di forza del raddrizzatrama
a spilli con quelli del raddrizzatrama ottico, eliminando
i limiti derivanti dall'utilizzo di una sola macchina
ed implementando di conseguenza in modo consistente
l'efficacia del processo di raddrizzatura della
trama.
Il risultato finale che si ottiene sul tessuto è qualitativamente superiore e perfettamente in linea con le sempre maggiori aspettative e richieste del mercato in tal senso.
La doppia modalità di lavoro è contenuta
in una macchina semplice e compatta (gli ingombri
infatti non superano quelli di un raddrizzatrama
tradizionale), di facile utilizzo e grande versatilità.
Le sue dimensioni contenute consentono quindi di
installarlo in sostituzione di eventuali raddrizzatrarna
esistenti in modo facile e veloce, senza dover ricorrere
a lunghe e costose modifiche di lay-out.
Inoltre, la possibilità di by-passare le ruote a spilli, consente di utilizzare questa macchina come un semplice raddrizzatrama ottico, ad esempio nei casi di tessuti elastici o di tessuti le cui cimosse non possono essere spillate. |

The new weftstraightener combines in a complementary
way the strenght points of both pin wheels weftstraightener
and the optical one, eliminating the limits coming
from the use of only one machine and implementing
considerably the effects of the weftstraightening's
process.
The final result on the fabric is a higher quality, perfectly in line with the always bigger expectations and requests of the market in that sense.
The double working modality is contained in a small and compact machine ( in fact its dimensions are not exceeding the ones of a conventional weft straightener), easy to use and with a big versatility.
Its restrained dimensions allow the installation in replacement of existing weftstraighteners in a quick and easy way, without making any long and expensive modifications in the lay-out.
Furthermore, the possibility of by-passing the pin wheels allows to use this machine as a simple optical weftstraightener, for example in the case of elastic fabrics or fabrics whose selvedges can not be pinned. |
